A clean, purpose-driven mockup that captures the essential layout and user journey of the laboratory app, highlighting intuitive navigation and core interactions.
Designed to help users effortlessly navigate, understand, and select the right laboratory service for their needs—whether booking a test, reviewing options, or preparing for their next appointment.

Review

The laboratory app was created to simplify how patients interact with lab services. It offers a modern, mobile-first experience where users can book appointments, view history, update their profile, and receive timely notifications—all designed to improve convenience, transparency, and control.

Research focused on how users interact with the app—tracking appointment activity, feedback, and usability to improve performance, engagement, and future updates.
Key Questions:
Guerrilla Test Overview
A quick usability test was conducted with 7 participants inside the lab’s reception area during a quiet afternoon. Each user was handed a tablet and asked to explore the app, locate a specific test, and complete a mock appointment booking. Observers noted their gestures, moments of hesitation, and spontaneous reactions, capturing valuable insights into navigation flow and clarity.
