Designed with a sleek layout and bold visuals to reflect the brand’s identity, the site provides effortless navigation, online booking integration, and an engaging user experience across all devices.

Pain Point:
User find it frustrating when he has to call multiple times to book an appointment or when he has to wait a long time for her turn at a barbershop.
Goals:
User’s goal is to find a reliable barbershop that offers quality services and allows him to easily book appointments online.
User, Professional Gentleman.
Teacher
Pain Point:
Finding time in his busy schedule to book grooming appointments and stay on top of his style.
Goals:
To look and feel confident by getting regular grooming services at a reputable barbershop.

Review
The barbershop wanted a modern website to showcase its services and make online booking easy. The site was designed to reflect the brand’s clean style and friendly vibe.
Post-launch research goal:
To evaluate how real users interact with the website, focusing on ease of navigation, clarity of information, and the online booking experience
Key Questions:
- Can users easily find information about services and pricing?
- Is the booking button visible and simple to use?
- Do visitors understand the brand’s style and personality from the homepage?
- Are loading times and mobile responsiveness satisfactory?
Guerrilla Test Overview
A quick usability test was conducted with 5 participants at a local café. Each user was asked to explore the website, find a specific service, and complete a sample booking. Observations were made on their behavior, hesitation points, and comments.
Conclusions:
- Users easily understood the layout and design.
- The booking process was clear but could use a confirmation message.
- Mobile users suggested adding slightly larger buttons for easier navigation.
